DELIVERY POLICY
To ensure that your package will be delivered correctly and that you will receive it within the time frame we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Using correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
DELAY OF TREATMENT
All orders are subject to a separate processing time except for the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been posted. Colissimo provides a delivery service everywhere in Metropolitan France in 2 to 3 working days. Mondial relay provides a delivery service anywhere in mainland France in 3 working days. We process every order within 2-3 business days for in-stock orders.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You also have the possibility to follow the status of your order on our website in the "track my package" section in the menu at the bottom of the page of our site or in the drop-down menu.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment oflifa workshop,you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to our facility. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY STATEMENTS
If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 7 days to file a complaint (atelierlifa@gmail. com)
We'll help you engage with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that processing requests may take up to 30 days.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return your purchase undamaged and unused within 14 days (the date indicated by the carrier). Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an undamaged item. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You must ensure that fragile products arrive intact; any merchandise that arrives damaged, chipped or broken cannot be refunded.
